She volunteers by giving her time to ‘cook up a storm’ for the needy and homeless in Melbourne City with the community.
In her free time, she loves hiking and cycling with her family.

Office Manager
Katie is our Office Manager, overseeing the administration team across both Little Birds sites. She has a genuine passion for supporting children and their families and loves connecting with children through play and meaningful interactions.
Outside of work, Katie is a passionate singer and guitar player who enjoys singing and leading worship at her church.
Katie is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, allowing her to connect with and support families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Barbara
Administrative Support
Barbara is our very skilled receptionist and administration assistant. She is a mother of 3 primary aged children. Barbara enjoys seeing the endless growth and opportunities in children. She is a self-taught cake maker who believes in marking the celebrations in our lives with a little bit of shared happiness.
Barbara speaks fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
Sabrina
Administrative Support
Sabrina has a background in Psychological Science and is passionate about supporting others and helping people feel welcomed and cared for. She enjoys creating positive experiences for clients and their families by providing friendly, reliable administrative support and helping ensure communication runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys exploring new experiences and spending time with family and friends.
