Speech & Occupational Therapy Tailored to Your Child and Your Family.

Not sure if your child needs therapy?
Maybe a teacher mentioned something. Or you’ve noticed your child is struggling to speak clearly, play with others, stay focused, or manage emotions. It’s easy to think, “Maybe they’ll grow out of it” or not know if it’s something to worry about or not.
We’re here to help you understand what’s typical, what’s not, and where support could really make a difference.
Whether it’s challenges with speaking, listening, playing, focusing, or managing emotions, we’ll gently guide you through what we see and what a personalised therapy plan might look like for your child and your family.
We also have clinicians who specialise in supporting bilingual families, helping children grow confidently in both their home language and English.
All our clinicians are qualified and registered with the relevant Australian registry board.
So you know you’re in safe hands
What Happens With the Right Support
Choosing to seek support isn’t always easy but the clarity and connection that follow can be life-changing. Here’s what families often tell us they experience after getting started:
We blend the latest clinical tools with a playful, child-led approach. Because real progress happens when children feel safe, seen, and supported.
Understand what’s really going on with your child and what to do next.
Feel empowered in your parenting decisions, knowing you're on the right track.
Watch your child express themselves, play more easily, and relate to others with joy.
Let go of the constant worry and second-guessing, you’re not doing this alone anymore.
See real improvements over time, guided by a team who truly knows your child.
Know you took the right step, at the right time, with the right people beside you.
We help children communicate, connect, and thrive while giving parents the confidence and support they’ve been craving.

About Little Birds
Little Birds was founded by Sarah Yeung, a paediatric speech pathologist who saw how many families were falling through the cracks and how many therapists were burning out trying to help. So she built something different, because every child and family deserves more care, more support, and a better experience along the way.
Today, Sarah leads a passionate team of clinicians dedicated to doing things the right way: with best-practice care, heart-led values, and deep respect for every child’s journey. Her mission is felt in every interaction: to make sure your child receives care that’s compassionate, consistent, and effective.
